Question 1

How do I book a tour?

Accepted Answer

Simply send an inquiry through any tour page or our contact form. A travel expert will reply within a few hours to confirm details and answer your questions — no payment required to start.

Question 2

Can I customise a tour?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every itinerary is a starting point. Tell us your dates, interests and pace, and we'll tailor it — or design something entirely new through our tailor-made service.

Question 3

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

For spring and autumn (peak season) we recommend booking 2–3 months ahead to secure the best hotels. Last-minute trips are often possible too — just ask.

Question 4

What's included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Each tour page lists exactly what's included and excluded. Typically: accommodation, guided sightseeing, private transport, entrance fees and transfers. International flights and visas are usually not included.

Question 5

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We'll share secure payment details once your itinerary is confirmed. A deposit secures your booking, with the balance due before arrival.

Question 6

Do I need a visa for Uzbekistan?

Accepted Answer

Many nationalities enjoy visa-free entry or a simple e-visa. See our visa guide for details — and we're always happy to advise for your specific passport.

Question 7

Is Uzbekistan safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Uzbekistan is one of the safest and most welcoming countries in the region. With our local guides and 24/7 support, you're in good hands throughout.

Question 8

What language do guides speak?

Accepted Answer

We provide licensed guides in many languages including English, Russian, French, German, Italian and more. Let us know your preference when booking.

Question 9

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Accepted Answer
